Professor Chaos thwarted by Texas Bar Exam proctors?

You know that episode of South Park where Butters gets kicked out of the group and to get his revenge he creates the alter-ego Professor Chaos a super-villain built on spreading disorder and discord throughout the world and starts off by stealing all of the chalkboard erasers in the classroom, flooding the world using a garden hose and spraying aerosol cans into the air to destroy the atmosphere only to be foiled at last?

I think Professor Chaos is trying to sabotage the Bar results. This afternoon I was given an exam booklet and answer sheet without the required seal. That's right, no seal had been affixed to my exam. You know, those seals that you open with the end of your pencil? And well, I have reason to believe based on prior bad acts that Professor Chaos may be behind this ruse.

So, I raise my hand and get a proctor's attention, then explain the situation. Next all of the appropriate channels have to be gone through and instructions read and re-read so the proctor clan can figure out what to do now. My fellow test-takers are looking around wondering what the wait is about- they are getting antsy to start. Lots of conversing occurs between the proctor who assisted me originally and a man who appears to be Head Proctor. Head Proctor (or HP) has been standing over us in the front of the room behind a microphone and podium the whole day. Papers are passed around. A dull hum of conversation begins circulating among the 300+ people sitting around me waiting to get the next three hours over with as soon as possible.

Ten minutes pass.

I see Head Proctor shrug his shoulders and hand his second-in-command a fresh test. The shrug leads me to feel very confident that nothing will go wrong under these circumstances with my scoring. They give me a new booklet and answer sheet and copy down a whole bunch of the numbers and letters that are on them on some inventory sheets they carry around protectively.

Normalcy commences.

All is right with the world again...
