To "bork" means to to have one's character assassinated; as in the treatment by the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee of Supreme Court Justice nominee Bork back in the day. The Committee's investigation and interviewing of Bork is historically remembered as a political bloodbath.
Ave Maria School of Law, the law school Bork currently teaches at, was only recently founded as a school specializing neo-conservative, Roman Catholic and natural law philosophy. It is also chaired by the founder of Domino's Pizza. USSC Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas have been active in promoting the school and its mission statement.
Ave Maria School of Law will be moving to the newly planned town of Ave Maria (located near Naples, Florida) which will be opening in 2007. The Domino's founder and his partner have exclusive control of commercial real estate in the town. The Domino's dude is reported to have said the commercial leases in the town would enforce beliefs consistent with the Catholic faith, including prohibiting the sale of pornography or contraceptives and banning the performing of abortions. However, after the ACLU threatened suit, the Domino's dude backed off his hard-line stance.
The developing community of Ave Maria threatens the existence of the endangered Florida Panther.
And now, you know.

Ave Maria itself isn't really neo-conservative. It's conservative. And it's not fundamentalist. It's Catholic.
The story on Ave Maria this year has been more that there has been some meteoric rises of graduates within the Justice / State Dept. See NYT opining here http://www.nytimes.com/2007/06/14/washington/14discrim.html?ei=5070&en=316188f046f4b11c&ex=1184644800&adxnnl=1&adxnnlx=1184526281-mzyNi4mKolqyAx+OmyLm2w and Volokh dismissing here http://www.volokh.com/posts/1181854141.shtml.
Yeah, I'm too apathetic to incorporate these changes. If you want the full story, then check out the links in the comment. :)
